What do you repair?

We repair almost all electrical equipment onsite, at our headquarters or in our mobile workshop. However, the majority of our business comes from laptops, pc’s, tablets and smartphones. For more information please see our Services page.

What services do you offer?

In addition to our popular collect, fix and return service westbrook's provide a range of communication technology services to corporations and small businesses. These services include infrastructure planning and implementation, network installation, budget planning and system upgrades. For more information please see our Services page.

How long will it take?

Repairs usually take 24 – 48 hours plus time for any parts to be delivered if necessary. Whilst your device is in our care you can call our service line for updates on its progress.

How much will it cost?

One fix – one fee. It’s £45 whatever the difficulty and whatever the issue.

How do I pay?

Cash – card – cheque – postal order – PayPal. Currently, we offer cash, card or cheque on collection. Regardless of payment option, work will commence once funds have cleared. Soon we will be able to offer our customers the convenience of card payment over the phone.

What happens to the parts you replace?

All faulty parts are disposed of appropriately and in accordance with safety standards. Should you wish to retain your parts, let us know before work commences so that we can send them to you with your device.
