Westbrook's operate a free collect, fix and return policy that includes free collection, diagnosis and return to any household in the Redcar, Marske and Saltburn area. All you pay is the cost of any parts if they are needed and a fixed rate £45 repair cost. This means that whatever the issue, and whatever the difficulty of the repair, you only pay £45.
Westbrook’s quality assurance policy ensures that qualified and highly skilled personnel repair your hardware under controlled conditions. Your device will likely contain highly sensitive components that can be damaged by making contact with anything holding electrostatic charge. This means that if you touch it, you could do further damage. Westbrook’s repair service technicians always take appropriate precautions including the use of electrostatic discharge equipment when operating on your device.
Westbrook’s quality control policy ensures that only correctly sourced and appropriately priced components are installed in your device. Every repair is rigorously tested to guarantee that your device is fixed. In addition every repair is guaranteed for 6 months. That means that your device will be fixed free of charge if it has the same fault within 6 months provided that it is not the user’s doing. For example, if you reinfect your device with a virus that Westbrook’s removed, you will not be covered. But, if Westbrook’s installed a new hard drive, memory or any other component and it develops a fault then your device will be collected, fixed and returned for no charge at all.

About the proprietor
Mitchell Westbrook wired his first plug before his 4th birthday and wrote his first computer programme in BASIC before his 10th. It seemed only natural that he would do well in Maths and Science at school and go on to study electronics after High School and gaining a Division One degree with Honours. After years servicing the trade as Communications Technology Manager and ICT Consultant for a large County Council he made a decision to develop what, until that point, was a sideline in maintenance and repair of electronic devices for individuals and businesses.
Throughout the years Mitch has provided a repair service for electronic products that has built a steady reputation and growing customer base. Just recently he acquired a small business that he wanted to use to provide a professional, convenient and affordable electronic equipment repair service. No more travelling to an out of the way repair shop on your days off only to be told that they would rather sell you a new laptop than spend the time repairing it.
